If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns. Acceptable returns are items that have not been worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition and all tags must remain attached. Please note that all sale items are a FINAL SALE.
Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of the original ship date. It is suggested that you send your package(s) insured and tracked, as encantobarcelona.com is not responsible for missing items or damaged packages. We do not accept COD returns. We're sorry but shipping charges are non-refundable unless the merchandise is defective or there is an error on our part. All online purchases returned in store will only be available for store credit or exchange, no refunded money.
IN STORE RETURN POLICYIn store returns will be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date for exchange or store credit only. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, all tags must be attached and the original sales receipt or gift receipt is required. We accept cash, debit and credit card payments only. Sorry no personal check.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?For merchandise exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping of the item(s) you want to exchange. We will then mail the new item(s) to you free of shipping charges. Free shipping applies to the exchanged item(s) only. Simply follow the instructions on the Return Form included with your package. Please note you will need to call to receive a return authorization number before shipping your return otherwise the shipment will be refused. Again, it is suggested that you send your package(s) insured and tracked, as encantobarcelona.com is not responsible for missing items or damaged packages. Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of the original ship date. Pack and securely seal the merchandise and include the completed form with your return. ORDER PROCESSINGOrders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00 pm PST will be processed and shipped that day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Order processing will not take place on major US holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day). We ship with FedEx. If you want signature confirmation on your order, please request it in the comments section of the check-out page. Please note that delivery confirmation will increase the shipping cost which will not be reflected in the online checkout. To protect our customers from credit card fraud, orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card used in the transaction.
ORDER FULFILLMENTAlthough we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products; therefore item availability is not guaranteed online. If an item is unavailable the customer will be notified immediately via email or telephone. Orders with sold out items will be processed minus the out of stock item(s).
WHICH CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE?We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Encantobarcelona.com currently does not accept checks or cash. For money orders please contact us at 206.621.1941 PST.WHAT IF I HAVE A GIFT CARD?Currently we are unable to process gift card transactions via the website. Please call the store once you’ve selected your items and the transaction will be completed over the phone (206.621.1941 PST)
TRACKING MY ORDERYou will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail with the package(s) tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped. CANADIAN SHIPPINGCanadian customers are responsible for all additional duties/fees/VAT, which are non-refundable even if the item is returned, exchanged or defective. All Canadian shipments require signature confirmation. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGEncantobarcelona.com will ship anywhere in the world via FedEx. Shipping rates are determined by order amount and ship to address. The party receiving the shipment is responsible for all additional duties/fees/VAT, which are non-refundable even if the item is returned / exchanged or defective. All international shipments require signature confirmation. To place an international order please call 206.621.1941 PST.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?A sales tax of 8.9% is charged where Encanto Barcelona has a physical presence, currently this is only Washington State.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?
Once your package has been received at encantobarcelona.com your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
CANCELING/MODIFYING AN ORDEROnce your order has been submitted any modifications or cancellations must be made prior to the order being processed and shipped.
